Located in residential neighborhood, just 2 minutes drive from Windham Recreation/Community Center and the Senior Center! This home is in the perfect location for students, graduates, professionals or retirees looking for a quiet place to rest or study at the end of a long or busy day, while also enjoying prime time convenience, being walking distance from many attractions. The space Two guest rooms in lower level of home share a common full bathroom. There is a washer/dryer room that is used by the guests and the host which is located off of the bathroom (through it). A third bedroom on lower level has been converted to a guest lounge, which includes a loveseat, a living room chair, a small kitchen table with two chairs, a full refrigerator with 2-shelf freezer, a microwave, an electric tea kettle, and a TV. There is no stove or kitchen sink in the lounge. he guests primarily stay in the lower level, but may use the full kitchen upstairs for meal prep as needed (must keep kitchen clean, as you found it). Guest access Guests primarily are in the lower level of the home, but may pre-arrange with the host when to use the full kitchen upstairs for cooking. This is necessary when the dogs are in the home. The dogs are not allowed in the lower level. During your stay When home, host is available to chat with guests either upstairs or downstairs, typically in evenings or on weekends. Host is available via text always. Host is often on premises with the dogs taking care of the house and property. Other things to note Free street parking. In winter only: Be mindful of short-term parking bans (due to upcoming snowstorms and subsequent plowing), during which time parking is at any municipal lot at the bottom of the hill. Once the streets are plowed, you can park on the street again.
