With composting toilet, NO Shower or running water it has a water cooler with hot and cold water, oven, induction burner, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, fire pit, large deck and 22 acres to explore. The property backs onto the ATV trails and a 5 minute drive to Ski/bike Wentworth. Experience the beautiful stary Wentworth Valley sky. Many waterfalls within a short drive. Convenience/liquor store next door. The space This space is perfect for a family with 1 queen bed and bunk beds. The top bunk is perfect for a child under 100 lbs but older than 6 years. Guest access Feel free to explore our 22 acre property. We keep the perimeter mowed for walking our dogs but you are more than welcome to use it. We also have chickens so if you would like fresh eggs let us know. Other things to note The loft does not have running water but water is available, both hot and cold with the water dispenser.
