House near Mörrumsån

You live centrally and peacefully in the house (86 m2) which is newly renovated except for the bathroom. The house has 4 beds in 2 bedrooms. It is within walking distance to Mörrumsån/2 grocery stores/Music Cafe'/Gallery Mobacken/Café Ljusagård/Laxens hus/train station/hiking trails/bicycle trails. It is 4.5 km to Elleholm's swimming area, which is located in a nature reserve. The golf course is 2.7 km away. Electric car charging is not allowed. You bring your own bed linen and towels. Check in after 3pm Check out at 11:00 The space On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. On the lower floor, there are 2 entrances, kitchen, dining room, living room, a simple toilet. Open floor plan. In the basement there is a washing machine. Some firewood is included for the fireplace. Firewood is available to buy at ICA. You bring your own bed linens and towels! Guest will let you know if bed linen is required. Guests take care of dishes and garbage sorting during their stay. The fifth guest, if any, lives in the guest house. Bedroom no. 3 is therefore in the guest house (10 meters from the main house). There is an automatic additional cost (SEK 200/day) when you book for 5 people. Guest access You have the entire house with laundry room in the basement, the garden but not the garage. The third bedroom is in a separate guest cottage and can be used if there are 5 of you, for an additional cost. There is about 10 meters between the house and the guest cottage.
