Your refuge in the highlands of Cebu City

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in the hills of Busay just a few minutes' drive from the heart of Cebu City. The space The property is a two-bedroom condo unit in Le Menda Residences. A commercial hotel (Hayat Sky Towers) operates in the same building. Thus, the condo location is searchable online as Le Menda Residences or as Hayat Sky Towers in Veterans Drive, Plazaville Subdivision, Busay, Cebu City. The building is about a mile (1.5 km) past the Marco Polo Plaza hotel along the Cebu Transcentral Highway. As part of the safety protocol for the building, you will be asked to present a government issued ID and sign in at the Hayat Sky Towers hotel front desk. However, our condo is a private residential unit and is not part of the hotel operation. Please tell the hotel staff that you are a personal guest of a unit owner. Our own property manager will meet you at the lobby and take you to our unit. Guest access As a guest of a unit owner, you will have free access to the fitness center (second floor) and the rooftop pool (accessible through the 8th floor). Other things to note The condo corp requires a minimum 6-month lease. Guest is responsible for toiletries, cleaning, and laundry. Guest must abide by condo house rules and agrees to pay penalties for any violations.
