Smoking is strictly forbidden. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in additional cleaning charges. Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21. Lawn Care. We utilize lawn service which comes on a scheduled basis.
