Beautiful spacious cottage in the heart of this tranquil village close to Leyburn, Myrtle House is a haven for visitors wishing to visit any of the beauty spots in Wensleydale or Swaledale. Bellerby is a pretty village with a lively pub. The cottage has 2 double en suite bedrooms with king size beds, as well as a twin room and a family bathroom with a claw foot bath. A well equipped kitchen, elegant lounge and living room with a log burner help create the perfect cosy cottage vibe! The space The cottage has 2 large double bedrooms, each with a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition there is a twin room with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with a claw foot bath. There is also a downstairs cloakroom/toilet. The kitchen has oven, grill/second oven, separate 4 burner hob, built in fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer. All kitchen essentials are provided. Bedding, towels and bathroom essentials are provided Other things to note Bellerby is a traditional Dales village with a lively pub (cash only!). Leyburn is a short drive away (4 minutes), or a half hour walk away via a footpath through the fields. Leyburn boasts a range of pubs, shops and restaurants and has a market every Friday morning. Richmond slightly further away is a charming Georgian town with all the usual amenities and a castle and historic theatre as well! Jervaulx Abbey, Middleham Castle and the Forbidden Corner are all within easy striking distance, and the beautiful scenery of Wensleydale and Swaledale are on our doorstep. Slightly further afield are the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Bellerby is serviced by a bus link to Richmond, Leyburn and Ripon, though guests are advised to check times.
