Note: front patio is shared space with apartment next door as the entrance doors to both apartments open to this patio. Back patio is for use by guests in this apartment only. Other things to note This is a first floor apartment however there is a small set of stairs to climb at the entrance to the building to access. No washing machine in apartment however guests staying over 7 days can have access to laundry room on a scheduled basis usually after 3pm. 24 hr notice to host. We leave you a supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap - enough to start your stay. We are minutes walk away from neighborhood supermarkets so you can stock up whenever and whatever you want. Remember this is a self catered unit.
