This beautiful, fully renovated wooden building will delight you for a quiet stay in the countryside. You will appreciate its southern aspect with its 150 m2 terrace and two pergolas overlooking the heated pool (from June to mid-September) and the 6000 m2 park. 100 m2 living room with two lounges, suspended fireplace, billiards, foosball and dining room. Escape to Champagne halfway between the Champagne hillsides and the Ardennes massifs. The space Atypical wooden house of 200 m2 with: - a large reception of 100 m2 consisting of a billiards area, 2 living rooms with fireplaces including a suspended one, a dining area and a foosball area; - an open kitchen with bar area overlooking the living room; - 5 bedrooms: 2 with 160 X 200 bed, 2 with 140 X 190 bed and one with 4 beds with 2 bunk beds suitable for 2 adults maximum or 4 children; - 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets (1 independent and 1 in a bathroom). This single-storey house overlooks a large 150 m2 terrace with 2 covered pergolas overlooking a heated pool, available from mid-May to mid-September (4 x 10 m) and the 6000 m2 wooded park, not overlooked. You can also play ping pong away from the sun. 3 parking spaces in the property and 4 outside on the street right in front. Guest access 4 parking spaces available on the property in single file. Please do not drive on the lawns. Other things to note As the house is located in the heart of a village, parties are prohibited for reasons of calm. We prefer families and groups of friends who are respectful of both the neighbors and the house. It is not suitable for groups of 12 people, rather 8 adults and 4 children for example, and up to 10 adults. Sheets are provided, but towels are not (optional: €5/person for 2 towels).
