You will enjoy its 150 m2 terrace and its two pergolas overlooking the heated pool (only accessible from mid-May to mid-September) and the 6,000 m2 park. 100 m2 living room with two lounges, a suspended fireplace, a pool table, a foosball table and a dining room. Escape to Champagne, halfway between the Champagne hillsides and the Ardennes mountains. The space Atypical wooden house of 200m2 with: - a large reception of 100m2 composed of a billiards area, 2 living rooms with fireplaces including a hanging, a dining area and a foosball table; - an open kitchen with bar area overlooks the living room; - 5 bedrooms: 2 with 160X200 bed, 2 with 140X190 bed and one with 4 beds with 2 bunk beds suitable for 2 adults maximum or 4 children; - 2 shared bathrooms and 1 in a bedroom and 2 toilets (1 separate and 1 in the bedroom bathroom). This single-story house overlooks a large 150 m2 terrace with 2 covered pergolas overlooking a heated pool, available from mid-May to mid-September (4 x 10 m), and the 6,000 m2 wooded park, not overlooked. A charcoal grill is available for your use. You can also play ping pong out of the sun. 3 parking spaces on the property and 3 are outside on the street right in front. Guest access 4 parking spaces available on the property in single file. Please do not drive on the lawns. Other things to note The sleeping arrangements are not suitable for groups of 12 adults; instead, they are better suited for, for example, 8 adults and 4 children, or up to 10 adults. As the house is located in the heart of a village, parties are prohibited for reasons of calm. We prefer families and groups of friends who are respectful of both the neighbors and the house. The house is not air conditioned. Sheets are provided, but towels are not (optional: €5/person for 2 towels).
