Centrally located, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living & dining, and family room. The 3 bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and space in closets for clothing storage for your stay. Our home offers an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen on the main floor, bedrooms & bath a few steps up, family room a few steps down and laundry in the basement with a second bath. Parking for 2 vehicles available on the driveway, and some seating outside. *No pets allowed* The space Off the main roads of town, our home is close enough to downtown Aylmer, but far enough from the busy streets. We have a large corner lot with lots of grass and flowers out front and on the side of the house. The back yard (beside the house) is a Japanese garden oasis complete with a sizeable koi pond filed with colorful koi, waterfall, a wooden bridge that curves through the centre of it, and a medium sized temperature controlled pool for hot summer days across the bridge. There is a large Gazebo in front of the Koi pond with a comfortable seating area and a BBQ beside. The fully fenced yard and greenery provide all the privacy you need. Guest access The entire house is accessible with the exception of the basement bedroom and utility room.
