The house is very close to the Baltic, located on a private island that has a land connection just 6 km from Trosa. Ideal for watersports. Stockholm is a mere hour away by car. Please note that the property can only be rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. A cleaning company comes out on Saturdays and changes bedsheets, towels and deep cleans. The space There is a boat house with a small boat and a sauna that you can use, of course. You will surely love it here, it is such a gem and feel-good place, a real sanctuary.
