Large 2-room apartment, quiet and bright

Enjoy a stop in the countryside in this bright 50 m2 apartment composed of a bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds, a bathroom/toilet with walk-in shower, a large living room with sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building composed also of the cottage "La Parenthèse du Champion". Possibility when the cottage is not rented (not guaranteed) to access the Spa area and the gym for an additional charge of €20/hour ( to be booked 24 hours in advance). A pétanque court is available as well as a few bikes on request. I love to cook, I can also offer you in my house which is located on the same land (to be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability): - Breakfast (€8/adult, €5/child up to 10 years old) - the table d 'hôte in the evening (€25/adult, €12/child up to 10 years old) Other things to note The apartment is accessible via an external spiral staircase and is therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility.
