Enjoy a stop in the countryside in this bright 50 m2 apartment composed of a bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds, a bathroom/toilet with walk-in shower, a large living room with sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building that also includes the "La Parenthèse du Champion" cottage. When the cottage is not rented (not guaranteed), there is the possibility of accessing the spa area and the gym for an additional charge of €20/hour (to be booked 24 hours in advance). A pétanque court is available, as well as a few bicycles on request. NEW: Fast EV charger (22 kW) (rate: €0.40/kW). I really enjoy cooking, and I can also offer the following in my house, which is located on the same property (to be booked at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability): - Breakfast (€8/adult, €5/child up to 10 years old) - Table d'hôte in the evening (€25/adult, €12/child up to 10 years old): aperitif, main course, cheese, dessert, water, wine for an additional fee (€5/person) Other things to note The apartment is accessible via an external spiral staircase and is therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility.
