The space Arnold House is a large 3 bedroom luxurious Victorian pet friendly town house, that sits proudly in the heart of Calverley village, opposite the park. Bedroom 1 has an extra long King size bed, a dressing table a full length mirror & a hairdryer. Bedroom 2 the same with a double bed. Bedroom 3 is a single bed with a work station. Each bedroom has very high quality mattresses. Fine bedding and amazing quality 800 thread count Egyptian cotton towels. Each guest receives a bath sheet and a hand towel. The bathroom is standard - with a loo, a sink, a bath & a power shower. Alongside complementary shower gel, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen host everything you would need from a Neff double oven, an induction hob, an air fryer, a washer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary coffee, sugar and Tea - etc etc. you could easily host a dinner party. It is very well stocked. The dining room has a 6 seater dining room table and chairs in addition to an island with to tall chairs, and music if required. The living room is sumptuous. (It’s my favourite room) offering a 50 inch smart TV, a record player with old school vinyls, an eco dot. The furniture is amazing and sooooo comfy. The living flame gas fire is ideal for winter evenings. TECHNOLOGY 1- Eco dots in most rooms 2- Super fast 500 megabyte fibre optic broadband. 3- 50 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. 4- A record player with Bluetooth speakers. 5- All the cooking tech you could need in the kitchen. OUTSIDE and PARKING The front garden is about 10 meters long. The rear garden is all paved in Indian stone. It has a free onsite drive to park on. Rattan furniture, ideal for alfresco dining. PETS We are a pet friendly house. We offer pet blankets which we ask you to use please. Local walks and the park are perfect for your pooch. THE AREA Calverley is a quaint residential leafy village with a couple of local dog friendly pubs that serve good food. It is perfect for walking. The woods and canal are minutes away and of course the park is opposite. The views when walking are breathtaking. Four local train stations are close by (Pudsey, Guiseley, Apperley Bridge and Horsforth) making Leeds 7 mins away and Harrogate and York easily accessible. Other things to note You can access Arnold House from both the front and rear. There are key safes on both doors. You can park at the front. But it is easier from the back, there is a free well lit parking space onsite and entry through the back door. The back door does have 5 or 6 steps to get inside.
