The Old Barn "Camplan"

A spectacle between the breadth of the starry sky and the vastness of the most unique and rare territory with many paths for outdoor walks that smell of unspoiled nature. Small in size (about 40 square meters), it is suitable for a maximum of 2/3 adults, or a family with 1/2 children/teenagers. It is now equipped with every comfort: on the ground floor we will find the kitchen/living room space with a double sofa bed that can be pulled out (for a third/fourth guest). The kitchen has a 4-burner methane gas cooktop, an electric oven, a small 3 kg Candy Aqua washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an espresso machine and other hot or cold Nescafe Dolce Gusto drinks, a color TV with digital terrestrial, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and cabinet for storing your things, and a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a single bedside table for space reasons. Both rooms are small but arranged in a functional and comfortable way. Overlooking the small balcony of the room, you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Venetian plain and beyond, which will surely leave you breathless, especially in the evenings. Starry sky and a myriad of lights in the plain until you see the bell tower of San Marco in Venice with the naked eye. On clear days you will see the water of the Adriatic Sea, the Gulf of Venice up to Grado/Trieste and beyond the mountains of Croatia and Slovenia. It is truly enchanting to look out at this unique panorama. The house is equipped with a methane heating system with hot water at all times, and being small it will immediately be warm and cozy. Outside there is a space that for the summer period will be set up for outdoor dining and for relaxing with comfortable deckchairs.
