The little house in the countryside!

Welcome to the little house! 15 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe, in the heart of the Parcé countryside, we offer our small house, in a green setting where you will appreciate the surrounding calm conducive to relaxation. Accommodating up to 4 people, you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The space In the sleeping area, you will have a 140 x 190 cm bed while in the living room, you will find a sofa bed with 140 x 190 cm bed (mattress topper for optimal comfort). Linens: Sheets, pillowcases, hand towels and dishes as well as bath mat are provided. Optional towels: 1 bath sheet + 1 towel €3/person/stay Kitchenette: Refrigerator-freezer, rotating heat oven, microwave, 2-zone induction cooktop, toaster, Krups Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, Nutrifresh Prep 6-in-1 multifunction cups, mandolin Necessities available: Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee capsules, toothpicks, dishwashing liquid, sponge, Dettol washing gel vending machine, stretch film, baking paper Cleaning products, garbage bags, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, electric insect trap, fans Shower gel, toilet paper rolls, hairdryer, first aid kit On request, iron and ironing board. A dedicated location to park your vehicle is adjacent to the small house. On sunny days, enjoy the outdoor area with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue (charcoal not included). On request, we provide our pétanque court (boules provided). To entertain you, inside you will find card games and some board games as well as a TV with Orange TV for the happiness of young and old. As part of a business trip, you will enjoy the comfort of fiber optics, the ease of parking and the tranquility of the site. For toddlers, we provide on request: travel crib with mattress, toilet reducer, changing mat, table seat, bath deckchair. Finally, to meet your needs, we will strive to be as available as possible and at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We live on the plot next door but the small house is completely independent without any overlook from our home. Pets and festive evenings are not allowed. The interior of the small house is non-smoking. A furnished space is available for smoking. On the sightseeing side, nearby, you can easily reach the small city of character, Parcé-sur-Sarthe (4 km). You will walk the cobbled streets conducive to strolling and can continue your walk along the banks of the Sarthe, which are ideal for picnics.
