Our houseboat Kleine Fähre is beautifully located directly on the water on an outside berth and can accommodate up to 7 people. On three floors, it offers every luxury including a huge sun roof terrace with lounge furniture and basket swings. To cool off, you climb over the bathing ladder directly into the water. Pure luxury - live directly in the front row with an unobstructed view of the large Goitzsche Lake in our modern and comfortably furnished floating house. Thanks to its generous layout, it is very suitable for four to seven people (plus baby). With its 140 square meters of living space (total usable area of about 192 square meters), it offers every luxury on three floors. In addition, there is a large and wrap-around terrace on the floating concrete pontoon for sunbathing, lounging or breakfast. To cool down, you can dive directly into the water via the attached bathing ladder. In addition to the 2 separate bedrooms with double bed, bunk bed (BR1) and double bed with baby bed (BR2), there is a high-quality bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub with "lake view", modern shower, washbasin and a separate toilet with washbasin. An additional bed for 1 person is offered in the living room. The light-flooded living area with access to the 35 sqm sun terrace, as well as the kitchen area and a separate toilet with hand washbasin are located on the upper floor. In the living room you will find an almost 180-degree panoramic window, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The lighting mood can be individually adjusted via electronically controllable sun blinds. The fully equipped kitchen with panoramic lake views has every comfort: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker and toaster are part of our standard equipment.
