Other things to note This apartment is part of a 3-bedroom unit, but guests will have access to 2 bedrooms only. If you require access to the third bedroom, please let us know in advance—an additional fee applies. To help keep our accommodation rates competitive, air conditioning usage is managed separately. Each room is fitted with a private electricity sub-meter, giving guests full control over their consumption. Guests who wish to use the air conditioning may conveniently purchase KPLC tokens based on their personal needs and comfort preferences. This flexible system allows you to manage usage at your own pace throughout your stay. Housekeeping is provided every 2 nights for ongoing stays—this includes cleaning, linen change, and basic tidying. Swimming pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The apartment is located in a secure, gated beachfront compound with 24/7 security. Being a ground floor unit, access is convenient and suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
