The spacious, detached vacation home Achterhuus Malia offers 150 m² of space for up to 8 people in 5 rooms. It is quietly located in the village of Grimersum near Greetsiel and welcomes you on two floors with a cozy wood-burning stove and underfloor heating. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. A private sauna and the terrace with garden invite you to relax. A carport and free parking are available. Families with children and a dog are welcome. In Grimersum (about 5 km to Greetsiel) with 4 bedrooms (one of them on the ground floor) and 2 shower rooms for 8 people (ideal also for 2 families, for example). The sauna and fireplace invite you to spend a vacation not only in summer. The beautiful wooden beamed ceiling and the maritime furnishings give the house a very special character. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with large doors leading onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, etc. The washer and dryer are housed in the directly adjacent storage room. In the ground floor bathroom, in addition to the shower and toilet, there is a bidet and also the sauna. One of the (parent) bedrooms (double bed) is also accommodated on the ground floor and therefore also interesting for taking the grandparents. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms (1 * double bed, 2 * with 2 single beds each) and another shower room. The house has free internet access (we do not assume any guarantee for full availability and sufficient speed.). Please note that added bed linen is not covered. During the holidays, only weekly bookings with Saturday as a changeover day are generally possible. A pet (dog) is allowed upon request for a fee. The canal nearby ("harbor" 50 m away) has a connection to Greestiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle) boat, partly by ice skate in winter! The house is located opposite the houses "Kiek-Wiet" and "Wiesenblick" in an absolutely quiet residential area (cul-de-sac). A beautiful public playground is only a few steps away, so you can also leave the children there alone. The cottage is located in the charming Grimersum, a quiet Warfendorf near Greetsiel in East Frisia. Surrounded by green meadows and idyllic watercourses, the location offers perfect conditions for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. Cycle and walking paths lead through the wide countryside and along the typical East Frisian canals that invite you to leisurely excursions. The popular harbour town of Greetsiel with its twin mills, small shops and restaurants is just a few minutes drive away. An ideal location to experience the authentic East Frisia and enjoy the proximity to the North Sea. Feel free to book a laundry package optionally.
