Winter days offer scenic, tranquil snowy views and nearby bus stop for free transport to Dollar or Bald Mountains for skiing. The space This cozy condo is our home when we come to Sun Valley, so please be respectful of the property and our neighbors. This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo offers 1,700 square feet with sleeping for 8 guests. The 2 bedrooms are on the ground level, a few steps down from the front door. PRIMARY BEDROOM AND BATHROOM - includes a king bed, flat screen TV with Roku, and closet. Bathroom has granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. There is also a deck with built-in benches out the sliding door. SECOND BEDROOM - includes a king bed, large closet, and flat screen TV with Roku. SECOND BATHROOM - Three-quarter bathroom with a tiled shower and commode with sink/vanity separate from the shower/commode. LAUNDRY - A full-sized washer/dryer in the hall adjacent to the second bathroom. MAIN LEVEL - Large living room with sectional reclining sofa, dining area, and kitchen. KITCHEN - Beautiful granite countertops and is stocked with all the cooking essentials. DINING - Table seating for 6, kitchen counter with 4 bar stools, and adjacent breakfast nook with high table with 2 stools. LIVING - Features a flat screen TV with Roku, a large sectional sofa with reclining end seats, and a gas fireplace. LOFT/3RD LEVEL - Above the living room is accessed by stairs and includes two twin beds with a third twin bed and twin trundle bed. PARKING - access to unassigned and uncovered outdoor parking spaces. Please note that NO trailers, RVs, boats, etc. are allowed in the parking lot. The unit does not have A/C. Box fans are provided to cool down the unit on summer nights. Pets are not permitted in or on the decks of the unit. Guest access The entire condo/townhome is all yours! Also, communal pool, hot tub and sauna on site. Important note: Keep track of the pool access key. Replacement cost is $200 if lost. (This is our cost to replace.) Other things to note Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs (confirm availability). Guests of Sunburst have access to the pool (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at Sunburst. What's nearby: Dollar Mountain is a little over a mile away and can be walked/skied to and offers great beginner slopes and a terrain park. For the more advanced skier, Bald Mountain is four miles west. In the summer, when you're not swimming or golfing, you can book a paragliding trip, go mountain biking, or enjoy a nice hike. The local bus system even has a stop at the end of Horseshoe Drive and Elkhorn Road to get you around town with ease. Sun Valley is two miles northwest and downtown Ketchum is three miles west, with much to offer in dining, shopping, and entertainment of all kinds.
