Morada do Mar was designed for those seeking to enjoy good company on a quiet beach. All this without giving up good infrastructure and location. High-speed Wi-Fi, covered parking, air conditioning, close to local shops and the best, just 1 block from the beach. The space The space has been recently redecorated and has an integrated living room with a full kitchen, a large and airy balcony, where you can feel the delicious sea breeze. Morada do Mar has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 people, guaranteed fun for the kids. It also has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. We offer a covered parking space and a shared laundry room, equipped with a washing machine. Renting a beach house with a chair makes all the difference, and we know it! Morada do Mar offers a cart with a "beach kit." In it we have 4 beach chairs. When you return from the beach, you can't miss that shower, which is at the entrance of the building Note: *We provide pillows. *We do not provide bed, table, bath linens. Guest access Morada do Mar offers a covered parking space. As we are located in an area close to the local shops, walking is also an option. The apartment is approximately 6 blocks from the Super Mar market, which by the way, has a great bakery. Just before the market, 5 blocks from the house, we have two restaurants, O Siri Cascudo and Kiosk Lobster. In the opposite direction, towards Rio Saí Mirim, we have the Jardim da Barra Restaurant 3 blocks away and the Oceano Restaurant 4 blocks away, both great options for those looking for seafood.
