Large family friendly lake house

Bring the whole family lake front with lots of room inside and out for fun. 4 bedrooms with smart TVs, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms with plush furniture, a place to gather & eat, a spacious kitchen, outdoor grill & fire-pit. The house sits atop 4+ acres overlooking Lake Hawkins, a lake known for fishing and water play. Lake Hawkins beach access is just on the other side of the lake, also a quaint Italian restaurant. Grocery store, gas station, hardware stores etc are 3 miles from the house The space first room as you walk in the front door features a full/twin bunk. the main living room is just ahead. there is a dining room nearby, large kitchen with spices (newly added) and french door refrigerator. off the kitchen is a second living room with games. there is another bedroom & bathroom on this side of the house. and down a long quiet hall is another bedroom & bathroom. and finally the master bedroom with a king size bed, large closet and in-suite master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. the 4 acre property has a small pond on it. you are welcome to it, but please be cautious and do your research. i would highly recommend wearing boots, as the grass can get tall around the pond. the back patio has plenty of sitting room, a dining table & a charcoal grill for your use. tools are in the laundry room. we have added a fire pit to the back yard! please be cautious if winds are high and do not leave a fire burning unattended. there is another structure on the property (white building to the right of the driveway) under no circumstances are guests allowed inside. we are the owners, but have not yet begun renovations.
