Walk through the forest to Sundbyholm's harness racing track and on to Sundbyholm Castle, which is next to Lake Mälaren. 7-minute walk to Ostra's own cozy swimming area with a small beach and jetty. Proximity to the Gyllenhjelmska trail. The space Our 1.5-story villa of about 170 sqm offers 3 bedrooms upstairs, a living room with sofa bed and TV as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The downstairs consists of a kitchen with 4 dining areas and two bar stools. Large living room with pull-out table of 10 dining areas, TV, sofa and a fireplace. One big playroom full of toys. A laundry room with a washer, dryer and a drying closet. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: Double bed. Crib. Two clothes racks to hang clothes on. Clothes room: drawers to put the clothes in. Bathroom: toilet and hot tub Bedroom 2: 1.20 bed with room for 2 children to sleep in total 1 adult and 1 child.
