The Berbes Refuge

El Refugio de Berbes is a tranquil, perfect house in an idyllic enclave between the sea and the mountains, 1 km from Vega Beach and the Entrepeñes Cliffs and less than 1 km from the La Rasa Golf Course. Our house is ideal for couples, families and friends who want to get away from the noise of the city in a fully equipped house but in a rural area. Don't hesitate and come and discover us! The space The Berbes Shelter was originally built more than a century ago but in order to make the most of every corner of this house, it was completely renovated. It has three very bright and well-used floors, decorated with great care and taste by its owner. To access the house, you need to climb an original stone staircase with 12 steps. As for its internal layout, upon entering we find a cozy kitchen under a large window, very well equipped with all the kitchenware, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, airfryer, toaster, washing machine as well as a dining table for 6 diners. Next, the wooden staircase to ascend to the next floors divides the kitchen-dining room from a warm living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, rocking chair, Smart-TV, pellet stove and access to the terrace with outdoor furniture (umbrella, table, chairs) and portable barbecue. Under the staircase that separates the kitchen from the living room we find both a toilet with a toilet and sink and a small tool cabinet. Going up to the first floor we will have on the right the large double room (currently with two single beds) with a large window, television and wooden closet while, on the other side of the staircase we will find a full bathroom with a shower and a small studio where there is a 90cm pull-out bed, desk and retractable child barrier. Both in the double room and in the studio there would be space to place a travel crib (upon request) and in the Berbes Shelter we also have a portable high chair available to customers as well as all the utensils, sheets, a collection of toys, stuffed animals and books to make the stay of the youngest of the family as pleasant as possible. Finally, continuing up the stairs we find an open attic room with a dressing room and a full bathroom with a shower, with the 135cm bed under a velux window and another vertical window that make it the perfect place to admire the stars, visible largely thanks to the low light pollution of the village. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house for guests as well as repeaters that allow the signal received on each floor to be intensified, as well as heating for the coldest months of the year. We also allow pets upon request and for a fee. As for parking, you can park around the house in public space, usually next to the laundry or at the entrance to the village. Other things to note Please use the pellet stove carefully. Parking is available in the village (public space) Crib and/or extra bed available upon request.
