It feels like you're in the countryside, peaceful, great views, set in 1 Hectare (2.5 acres) of land, sitting possibly at the highest point. less than a 5 minute walk away from the nearest supermarket and 10 minutes from the centre where you can find restaurants, bars, bank, pharmacies and other shops, plus the Collegiale, which is I believe 11/12th century. The gite has its own private outside space but you can also enjoy the rest of the land which the neighbour's refer to as a small park. The space We also have some chickens and ducks which are kept in there own enclosure at the bottom of the land next to the vegetable plot, so its possible to have fresh eggs for breakfast. We also have many fruit trees scattered around. We are on mains Electric, Water and Waste. Guest access Guests can wander around all the land except our private garden which is fenced off Other things to note For the tennis players there are tennis courts around the corner (2 minutes walk) by the side of The Mairie (town hall) which can be used by booking with the tourist board, also close by, for a very small fee
