The space The approx. 110 m² apartment, on the top floor of a beautiful house, is ideal for small groups of up to 5 people and offers generous space to relax, work and feel good. Each room has its own character: Bedroom 1 – the "yellow room" (about 15 m²) A quiet, bright retreat with a cozy single bed, sink, mirror and a large desk – ideal for working or for creative breaks. Your clothes can be stored on a shelf and in a storage unit. Bedroom 2 – spacious & charming (about 25 m²) Here you will find two single beds, clothes storage and selected reading material – perfect for all book lovers who do not want to miss out on browsing even on vacation. Living area – open, cozy, with balcony (approx. 35 m²) The central meeting point of the apartment: an open, stylishly designed living room with access to the balcony – ideal for morning coffee or a relaxing end to the evening. The room is divided into a sleeping area with a queen size bed, a dining area for shared meals. In addition, you will find a cozy sofa corner with a large sofa (also usable as a sleeping area) and an inviting reading corner with an armchair. Guest access The house has two floors (plus basement), the upper floor is available for you. You go up the stairs and the entire floor awaits you.
