Welcome to this lovely new studio, located in the heart of the pretty little village of Gestas, perfect for a night, a weekend or even a longer stay! Whether you're a student, traveling for work in our area, for a rural getaway, or just looking for tranquility, this accommodation offers you all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay! The space This 25 sqm studio, fully equipped, is independent of our family house and guarantees you calm and privacy. Built in 2024, it has a private terrace of 15m2, ideal for your relaxing moments outdoors. For summer it will be arranged with table and barbecue garden furniture to fully enjoy the fresh air of the countryside! Guest access Self check-in for more freedom Dedicated parking space Pets at home: We have an adorable Labrador dog🐕, and three cats 🐱 that bring a touch of conviviality and sweetness to our daily lives. The 20m2 private terrace is a real plus, offering you an outdoor space to enjoy the calm and beauty of the surroundings Other things to note We are a family with two children and several pets. We have a fairly busy schedule during the day, but we remain available for any questions and to facilitate your arrival and departure.
