Welcome to this beautiful new studio, located in the heart of the pretty little village of Gestas, perfect for an overnight stay, a weekend or even a longer stay! Whether you are a student, traveling for business in our region, for a getaway in the countryside, or simply looking for tranquility, this accommodation offers you all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay! The space This fully equipped 25 m² studio is independent of our family home and guarantees you peace and privacy. Built in 2024, it has a private terrace of 15 m², ideal for your moments of relaxation outdoors. For the summer it will be equipped with a table and barbecue garden furniture to fully enjoy the fresh air of the countryside! Guest access Self check-in for more freedom Dedicated parking space Animals at home: we have an adorable Labrador dog 🐕, and three cats 🐱 that bring a touch of friendliness and sweetness to our daily lives. The 20 m² private terrace is a real plus, offering you an outdoor space to enjoy the calm and beauty of the surroundings Other things to note We are a family with two children and several animals. We have a fairly busy schedule during the day, but we remain available for any questions and to facilitate your arrival and departure.
