There is a separate unit upstairs (partly above garage) occupied by a long term tenant. No shared spaces minus the garage (1 car for guest, 1 car for tenant). The washer and dryer are located in the garage and shared with the tenant (sign on wall for hours of use for fair sharing). Guests can use washer and dryer from 11am to 4pm daily.
