Studio sleeps 4 (24 m2), at the foot of the slopes (departure and arrival on skis), balcony + ski room. Sleeping area with 1 90 x 190 cm trundle bed and 1 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen ( duvet cover, sheets , pillow cases) and bath towels not provided. Toilet separate from the bathroom. Pets not allowed. Mandatory cleaning €20 (included in the total price). Possibility to unload in front of the entrance of the building giving direct access to the ski room and elevator. Private parking space! The space 3 km from Barcelonnette, ideally located within the resort of Sauze, a quiet, clean, functional 24 m2 Studio with a 5 m2 balcony. It offers a departure and an arrival in ski. There is a private parking space with a parking block identified in the residence as well as a ski room overlooking the slopes. The studio is located on the 3rd floor, served by an elevator. It mentions 3pm for the arrival time and 12pm for the departure time. But we remain flexible at this level if it is possible depending on other reservations. At the entrance there is the electrical cupboard and a shelf above where you have a raclette machine, a small portable fan and you will find the wrist to open the water room. It consists of a sleeping area with a pull-out bed, so two 90 x 190 beds, and a wardrobe with shelves and a small closet. The living room has a double sofa bed 140X190 as well as a 6-drawer dresser and a smart TV. Both spaces are equipped with duvets, pillows and extra blankets. The kitchen area is equipped with a 6-seater table and 4 folding chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hob, hood, dishwasher, small refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine (provide pods), kettle and vacuum cleaner. There is everything you need for dishes. You also have products for maintenance and for the dishwasher (dishwashing liquid, tablet, bleach, garbage bag). The toilet is independent of the bathroom, with the necessary. The bathroom has a bathtub and a wall and under-sink cabinet with a hairdryer. It is equipped with a towel dryer radiator. There is a balcony with a shoe cabinet. In the summer season, we provide you with outdoor furniture as well as a small drying rack. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the studio and walking with ski shoes in the common areas. As far as the resort is concerned, everything is within walking distance. The tourist office is right at the entrance of the Resort. It offers multiple snowshoeing and hiking trails in winter/summer, mountain bike trails, 62 km of skiable slopes for all levels, and a zip line. Between Barcelonnette and Praloup there is a bowling alley, go-karting, a tree climbing course, an equestrian center and lots of beautiful places to visit in the valley. It has a pharmacy (opposite the residence), a medical center (200 m higher than the residence). There is a small grocery store, a small movie theater, a tobacco press, an ATM, a bakery, mountain equipment rental stores and several restaurants and a snack bar. It also offers a municipal swimming pool as well a SPA attached to it located a few meters above the ESF. If you were to make a reservation, we would send you an explanatory email summarizing the main points seen above, the arrival and departure instructions as well as the codes to facilitate your stay. Other things to note 1 private parking space in the residence! A small sign indicates this with the apartment numbers (just to the left of the entrance to the residence). There is a parking block. You have a shovel in our ski room in case the snow prevents it from being lowered to the maximum. Check-in time 3 p.m. and check-out time 12 p.m. mentioned, but possibilities for flexibility depending on reservations.
