Casa Dini 3 bedroom stylish villa Canillas de Albaida has excellent mountain views. New to the Market 2026! The villa has a good sized living/dining room opening to the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances. 3 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 people. It is fully air conditioned & under floor heating. The villa has an exclusive outdoor space with private swimming pool, sun-loungers, enclosed garden, covered and open terraces, gas barbecue and outdoor shower. The space Walking distance to the beautiful village of Canillas de Albaida, within 3-4 minutes! Our Detached villa has it's own garden and swimming pool. We have 3 stylishly decorated double bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people. The master bedroom has an adjoining en-suite shower room and toilet for your extra privacy! You will find fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, TV and air-conditioning in this bedroom. There is also a patio door leading to the outside covered terrace and straight to the swimming pool area. The other 2 bedrooms both have king size beds, storage for clothes, black out blinds and air-conditioning. The family shower room is located in the central hallway to provide easy access from the 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. We supply the linens and towels for your stay included within the price. We have a large fully fitted kitchen, with all the essentials to make you stay relaxing and comfortable: Large fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. We have a good selection of dining ware, dishes, cutlery and glasses. Also plastic glasses provided for outside use, especially around the pool area! From the kitchen you can walk through the patio doors to the outside covered terrace , swimming pool and garden. We have several comfortable seating areas outside and around the swimming pool area. With 2 outside dining areas to give you different dining al-fresco options! Your private swimming pool is a good size and depth for your sole use during your vacation. This is maintained regularly and will be fully cleaned and tested on the day of your arrival. Our living/lounge/dining area is fully air-conditioned. It has large windows and patio doors to let in the natural light and a great view of the mountains. We have a dining table to seat 6 people, a new sofa and new Swedish style leather chairs to relax on. You will also find a TV and free wifi should you need contact with the outside world. In the cooler months we can arrange pellets to use in the pellet burner to heat up this space. We have a selection of books and games to entertain you. You will find several shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and tourist information office, just at the top of the road within a few minutes walk, so no need for a taxi home! Near to the house just up the road is the local municipal swimming pool which during the summer weeks hosts a restaurants with live music at the weekends. You can dance the night away! There are many wonderful walks to take across the mountains and along the small streams and roman bridges. During the summer months the local villages take it in turns to have their annual fiestas and they know how to party! Wonderful food, wines, colourful dancing and live music alongside fairground rides. The larger village of Competa is close by less than 10 minutes by car, where there is a much greater choice of amenities. The area is famous for it's fiestas and festivals and the local Competa wine and olive oil produce. There are shops, art galleries, museums, specialist local goods, gymnasiums and local bodegas and restaurants to sample the delicacies. You can also book tennis courts, padel courts and hire ebikes locally. We are only 30 minutes by car to the coast for those sea and beach lovers! We do recommend hiring a car in this area if you wish to exlore, however you can also arrange taxi or bus transfer to and from the airport. We have car parking, outside our garage with space for one car, however along the street there is easy street parking within a 2 minute walk for a second vehicle if needed. The village also has 2 local taxi companies, the numbers for which will be provided on request. Malaga airport is approximately 1 hour from Canillas de Albaida. Guest access The villa is for your sole use during your stay and not shared with anyone else When you arrive, we can arrange for you to be met by our local management company, Inside-Out Property Management, who will also be your contacts during your vacation should you need assistance. However, if you prefer they can arrange to leave the keys and give you entry information. You will with either option be required to register your ID at check-in using our QR code scan app, this is mandatory for all guests, in the same way as the hotels. Other things to note We are in a mountain region, so we recommend that if your are hiring a car, it has a large enough engine to cope with the steep roads and your passengers and luggage! We are located very high in the mountains so the roads are not straight and can be narrow in places.
