Quiet and air-conditioned Provençal house.

New, comfortable and relaxing house in a very quiet area. It is ideally located between Mont Ventoux, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Orange, Avignon and Vaison la Romaine, which will allow you to visit the area. The sea is only an hour's drive away. You can also enjoy the house thanks to the swimming pool, deckchairs, hammock and barbecue. The space Land fully fenced and closed by an electric gate. You can park inside. The house has a large living room overlooking the terrace, the covered terrace and overlooking the private pool. The house is fully air-conditioned and consists of 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second with a child bed and a third with a 130 cm sofa bed. Guest access The grounds, house and pool are just for guests. Access to the house is via an electric gate for which you will have the remote control. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided for bookings of 7 nights or more. We have a cat that is autonomous thanks to the cat flap allowing it to access its bowl in the garage.
