20 Acre Ranch - 40 min to 30A!

Magnolia Ranch is on 20 mostly-wooded acres. Drive 5 minutes to Historic Downtown Defuniak! See the famous DeFuniak Lake (the only naturally round, spring-fed lake in the US), stroll downtown, explore nearby springs like Ponce de Leon, Morrison Springs State Park, or Vortex Springs just 20 min away. Drive apx 40min to the white sand beaches of 30A! Our original, red brick home has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, & 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the view to Magnolias, willows, slash pine… natural Florida! The space NO TRAILERS OR WORK TRUCKS ALLOWED! *There is an RV pad to the left of the driveway that will be in use by other guests from time to time. This will not interfere with the ranch guests use of the entire home.* Our ranch home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home is equipped with central AC and heater to keep you comfortable year round. The Master has a Queen Bed with a connecting Full Bathroom with Shower. The second bedroom has a King Bed. The third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds (trundle style). There is a Full Bathroom with Shower in the hallway, right next to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The Master, King Bed room, and Living Room have Smart TV’s to stream your fave shows! The 3rd Bedroom has a desk and desk chair, with a beautiful view of the woods! There’s a bird feeder right outside the window of this room, and a vast array of birds often come by to visit! The dining room has a dining table with enough seating for 4-6, as well as 2 stools by the kitchen counter for extra seating. Our roomy living room has one couch and two comfortable & stylish arm chairs. Sit in this room with your group and enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on the 55 inch Smart TV! The ample kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your delicious meals! Make sure to enjoy the Keurig coffee bar for your morning cup of joe. We have a shelf in the Dining Room filled with some board games! Sit out on the rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. We look forward to hosting you! Check out the nearby springs like Ponce de Leon Springs, Vortex Springs, and Morrison Springs. The beautiful beaches of 30A are apx 40-55 minutes away, plus all the fun that 30A has to offer! Our home sits on 20 mostly untouched and wooded acres, surrounded by some Magnolia trees, hence the name “Magnolia Ranch”. It was built in 1984 in the beautiful and historical City of DeFuniak Springs. If you head towards Lake DeFuniak (just a few minutes away) you will enter into the Historic District - which is in the National Register of Historical Places. We are just minutes away from Lake DeFuniak and all that the vibrant downtown has to offer. We often see families of deer walk through our back lawn! Keep an eye on the bird feeders, too! Our winged friends often come to visit for a snack! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. There is an RV pad to the left of the driveway that will be in use by other guests from time to time. This will not interfere with the ranch guests use of the entire home. Other things to note - NO TRAILERS OR WORK TRUCKS ALLOWED! - No visitors. Only reserved guests are allowed in the home. - Excessive dirtiness will incur an additional cleaning fee ($200). - Absolutely NO smoking on site! If smoke smell is present in the home after guests checkout, an additional deep cleaning and sanitation fee will incur ($500). - Do not park on the front lawn, in the backyard, or on the street. There is ample parking space for a couple of cars in the driveway. - Please, no flushing of toilet paper! Please use the provided waste baskets for all paper & feminine products to avoid any plumbing issues. Thank you!
