The space Located in a renovated old farmhouse, this gîte "La Grange", in the LES PATICHÈRES area, designed for 10-12 people, offers: Upstairs: - 4 comfortable bedrooms - 4 bathrooms equipped with a shower and a toilet On the ground floor: - A fully equipped open kitchen - A cathedral living room with a sofa bed - A PRM bedroom with its bathroom In addition, you will benefit from: - A private outdoor area with barbecue, garden set and parasol. - Shared access to the estate's heated indoor pool. The water is 27 - 28°C, so not suitable for baby swimmers. All tenants on the estate have free access to the pool during opening hours. Possibility to book slots. - All linen: i.e. sheets, bath towel, hand towel, pool towel and kitchen towel. Children's equipment is available on request (baby bed/protective barriers to be adapted on beds/highchair). Two other cottages are available (L'Etable - 4 people and the Atelier - 6 people) on the property, as well as a year-round accommodation. All tenants on the estate have access to the swimming pool.
