The en suite bathroom has double sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower with a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. The home has a washer and dryer and for your convenience, laundry detergent is provided. The room boasts a sitting area, which features a sofa and two club chairs, for great conversation. The first guest bedroom features a king bed, and large smart TV with a subtle beach decor. The second guest bedroom has a Queen-under-Twin XL bunk bed, and wilderness decor. In our vacation rentals you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel should it have comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers. We offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. Important: Please note this home is located in a very quiet, safe residential neighborhood. If you anticipate your group being loud or coming in and out at all hours of the night, this is not the rental for you. The neighbors will complain.
