House on Vrbice

Welcome to the picturesque wine region and enjoy your stay in our cozy cottage. At the top of the house there is a kitchenette (coffee machine, wine cabinet filled with wine, oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator) with a dining room and two separate bedrooms, one of which has a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. At the end of the hallway there is a shower with a toilet. Another separate bedroom with shower and toilet is located in the garden, which we reach by the staircase. In the garden you will find a fireplace and a grill. Enjoy relaxing :-) The space The house has three separate, smaller bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor. Each bedroom has 2 beds. 1 separate bedroom with bathroom and separate entrance is at the bottom of the house. The rooms are smaller here, so you will not find any extra cabinets that are not in the photos. There are steep stairs, please consider this information when booking with children. Kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, kettle, gas hob. The proximity of the cellars with a beautiful view that will enchant you. Guest access The house will be yours all the time, I don't divide it into apartments. Refundable deposit 3000,- Parking for up to 2 cars.
