Hovinsholm beach house Helgøya

A cozy little house, with lovely views and nature areas. There is a double bed that sleeps two. Two armchairs and a living room table. A kitchen corner. No running water, but a few liters of water is provided (recommend to bring some yourself). There's a fridge, two hotplates and some kitchen utensils. Outdoor toilet, and electricity in the house. The outdoor area is large, with a beach line and jetty that can be borrowed. Two kayaks are included. Across the water there is a great islet. Perfect for a cozy Norwegian holiday! Send message for questions. The space Located a stone's throw from Mjøsa. Idyllic. Incredibly many possibilities. Both for a holiday with swimming, sun and late evenings. But also opportunities for hiking and paddling. Holmen is a popular place to go for a walk. This is very close so here you can paddle to, even swim. The kayaks can also be used for a slightly longer trip. For example around Helgøya. In one of the houses across the street there is a pump. When the grain is watered, this sound is made. Guest access The house is located on the beach, on the property of Hovinsholm. Therefore, you can just walk anywhere there, which is a very large area. But it's nice to stay a little away from the courtyard, etc. You have access to a large beach and swimming area. It is possible to swim from the jetty. There is also a beach further away that belongs to the farm, which is very nice. Other things to note The cabin is located right under trees, therefore there are some spider webs outside the house. We try to remove this every time guests arrive. But new ones appear right away. You won't see any spiders though. But cobwebs are quickly formed outside. I recommend to bring your own water. There are a few liters of water there, but bring extra just in case. The kitchen equipment is standard. There is some cutlery, glasses, plates, frying pan/saucepan, salt, pepper, oil and some disposable tableware under the sink. If you want more than this, you should bring it yourself.
