Apartment Two Blocks from Beach with AC and Wifi

Just two blocks from the beach, this first floor apartment with Wifi and AC is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the magic of El Paredón. The apartment includes an open kitchen, with dining area and living room space, with an adjoined bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom. The couch can also be turned into a twin bed. The outdoor patio off the bedroom is a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee, nap in the hammock or enjoy the garden. The space The bedroom includes a queen bed, an overhead fan, A/C, WiFi, refrigerator, hot water heater, coffee and tea, and a V60 to make pour over coffee. There are some books and games for a rainy day, and chairs and an umbrella for hanging out on the beach. The place is not in the tourist part of town, and it’s NOT for partying. Please kindly keep the noise down, particularly in the evenings. Other things to note There is a second-floor to the house, but this part is not included in this booking, and will be locked. There is the option to fully book the house as a different price.
