Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Peaceful surroundings with walking trail, playground for the kids or romantic getaway. Just five miles from Kentucky Lake at Jonathan Creek, and about half hour drive to Murray, Paducah, Mayfield, Eddyville, Calvert City, Grand Rivers. The space Bedroom one has queen bed, bedroom two has full-sized bed. Living room has sofa that folds out to make a full-sized bed. Also two twin-sized rollaway beds are in laundry closet. Crib, pack and play, two full size air mattresses available on request. Fully stocked kitchen. Wi-Fi. Park free in attached carport, plenty of free parking for extra vehicles. Small fenced in back yard for pets to run free. Large propane grill, small charcoal grill, and dining on front porch; small hot tub and seating on back deck, fire pit. Creek borders one side of 10-acre farm. 1/4-mile trail around back property. Farm attached to wildlife refuge. There are two very friendly dogs, a couple cats, rabbits, and half a dozen chickens(no roosters!) that are part of our family here. Apartment is attached to main house at one wall, but has completely private and separate entrances, and no shared spaces inside. There is a one-way locking door that cannot be accessed from the main house, and owners do not enter apartment without consent of guests. There is another small detached rental unit on the 10 acres. Guest access Guests have access to entire apartment, carport/porch in front, enclosed deck in back. Small fenced back yard for pets is accessible through deck gate.
