Apartment is equipped with everything you need - air conditioner (heating / cooling function), bed linen, towels, dishes, small household appliances. Crib (infant bed) available on request (free). Available free WiFi, smart TV with 60+ channels, Netflix, Go3, Amazon, etc.. In the yard, a terrace with outdoor furniture has been created for the use of guests. Grill available on request (extra charge may apply). The property has materials to provide information on leisure and entertainment options. The space Historical sources mention Tukums as a town in 1445. In 1795 Catherine II gave Tukums city rights, while the most luxurious houses in Tukums were built in the 20th century. In the 1920s, it was on Pils Street, where the most proud hotels and shops were located. As we little by little return to our roots, we invite you to take a break in our apartments located in one of the most luxurious houses on Pils Street. Guest access Access to the apartment is from the beckyard side. Although the apartment is located on the 1 st floor of the building (ground floor), there are a few steps outside to get there or you can use the outside ramp for the disabled. Upon arrival, one of our team mebmer will meet you, let you into the apartment and show you everything. It is possible to park your car free of charge on the street or in the backyard of the house (entry through the arch in the middle of the house or from the other side - through the parking lot of the Tukums ice rink). Other things to note Check-in from 16:00. Check-out until 11:00. Please inquire privately for earlier arrivals/later departures (additional charges may apply). Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free of charge when using an available cot. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Beach towels available. Portable air fan – upon request. We provide cleaning and linen/towel change only for those staying with us for longer than a week (once a week, time to be agreed separately) or upon request (additional charges may apply for more frequent cleaning). Cleaning products are available to guests for daily cleaning purposes.
