Charming house with exceptional view
Description
Nestled on a hillside in a commanding position amidst unspoiled nature, with no close neighbors, this charming farmhouse boasts exceptional views of the Aveyron Gorges and Najac Castle. At the end of a driveway, you'll discover this former buron, tastefully renovated by the owners to preserve its original character while expanding the spaces and opening wide to the outdoors to fully enjoy the peace and beauty of the landscape. The space The house has four bedrooms: a master suite on the ground floor with its own dressing room, bathroom, and private toilet, and three other bedrooms upstairs. The largest has a private bathroom with toilet, while the other two share a bathroom with toilet and each have a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm). These two bedrooms both open onto a mezzanine area converted into a games room and also equipped with a sofa bed. The house therefore offers a maximum capacity of 10 beds. On the ground floor, the common areas consist of a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a toilet. The layout of the house allows for the complete isolation of the two sleeping areas, the one on the ground floor and the one upstairs, thus guaranteeing privacy and peace for the occupants. The entire house, bathed in light, faces south, allowing ample access to the surrounding spaces. Outside, a very large terrace shaded by a magnificent oak tree allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet, the view, and the birdsong. You can dine in the shade of the oak tree, which protects the house from the heat, and enjoy beautiful evenings under a starry sky with no light pollution, except for the illuminated Château de Najac in the distance. The terrace is extended by a path leading to the heated swimming pool, sheltered from view in a setting of greenery and flowers. It is bordered by a wide deck that invites you to relax with its sun loungers and parasols. From the pool, a few steps lead to one of the house's lawns where you will find a hammock, ping-pong table, and barbecue. This vast, fenced area of 8,000 m² overlooks the 3 hectares of adjoining woods that gradually descend to the valley floor, offering nature lovers a preserved environment. You'll find a variety of indoor and outdoor games: board games, cards, DVDs, comics, books, pétanque balls, badminton, football, darts, bowling, and more. Benches and hammocks are located throughout the park, perfect for relaxing. From the house, numerous walking and cycling trails allow you to discover the charm of the surrounding landscapes.
