Relax by yourself or with family and friends in this charming and functional cottage in an attractive part of Halland. The cottage is located between Gothenburg and Varberg in the immediate vicinity of the sea. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's. Your part of the plot is secluded and you have both a furnished terrace with barbecue grill as well as a lawn and parking. It is a 200-meter walk to the sandy beach, cliffs, children's beach and swimming jetties. There's also a marina and a nice summer kiosk. The space Nice cottage with spacious patio where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Sun on the terrace during the day and unparalleled sunsets. Directly in the hall is the toilet on the left and shower on the right. Continue into the cottage and there is a bedroom on each side, with a wall-mounted bunk bed (90x200 cm). The lower bunks are comfortable with a spring bottom. In each bedroom there is a wardrobe and sliding door. Then you enter the living room/kitchen. In the living room there is a spacious dining area with sofa and chairs for meals and community. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and coffee maker. The host provides dishcloth, dish brush, dish detergent and kitchen towels. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and cabinets. From the kitchen, there is a double door out to the patio, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. At the entrance there is an outdoor shower. The cottage has access to Wi-Fi and a Chromecast for the TV. Baby cot and high chair are available to borrow if needed. There is a possibility to rent bed linens and bath towels for SEK 100 per person. Cleaning can be purchased. 1-2 nights SEK 500. 3 nights and more SEK 800. Guest access Guests have the entire cottage and terrace and lawn outside the kitchen. Your part of the plot is secluded and has its own entrance from the parking lot. Other things to note Supermarket and restaurants are in Åsa center within walking and cycling distance. About 2 kilometers from the property is Näsbokrok Nature Reserve. Around Åsa there are many nice excursion destinations for all ages. We are happy to help with tips and ideas. For those who cycle or hike, the Kattegattleden passes in the nearby area. Åsa has a train station with connections to Gothenburg, Kungsbacka and Varberg. Distance by car to Gothenburg about 40 km and distance to Varberg about 30 km.
