The space Living Room – A spacious and modern area with reclining couches, a large smart TV with cable and streaming options, and fiber optic WiFi. Perfect for relaxing, movie nights, or gathering with family. Enjoy customizable ambiance with dimmable recessed ceiling lights, easily adjusted using the dimmer located on the side of the wall switch. Kitchen & Dining – A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. The open layout makes cooking and entertaining a breeze. A cozy dining area offers plenty of seating for meals. Bedrooms – Comfortable and stylish rooms with plush bedding, ample storage, and relaxing decor. Ideal for a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring or lounging by the pool. There are two pull out couches that are queen size. One is located in the master bedroom and the other is located in the study area. Bathrooms – Spa-like bathrooms featuring rainfall showers with built-in Bluetooth speakers for a luxurious, relaxing experience. Modern finishes and thoughtful amenities make freshening up a pleasure. The home includes a third full bathroom with private exterior access, offering added convenience for poolside and outdoor living. Please supervise children and pets at all times. No diving and no glass near the pool area.    •   Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved pets are welcome! A pet fee will apply. Please clean up after them, keep them off furniture, and never leave them unattended.    •   Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street.    •   No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you may use designated outdoor areas.
