This property consists of two charming houses: the Jade gîte and the Opale gîte 🏡 Perfect for a stay with family, friends, or colleagues. ✨ Option to book both cottages to accommodate up to 14 people ✨ Enjoy a verdant and tranquil setting with direct access to the banks of the Seine 💧 The space 🏡 Opale Gîte 3 carefully decorated bedrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people. Here, you will find high-quality bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room for enjoyable moments together 😊 Outside, enjoy a pleasant garden, a heated pool (spring–summer), and a relaxation area. 🔥 Optional hot tub Available year-round, the hot tub can be heated for an additional fee in both winter and summer so you can enjoy it to the fullest. ⚠️ Important This listing is for booking the Opale gîte only. The outdoor areas, the pool, and the hot tub are shared with the second gîte. 📅 Please note: The pool is heated and accessible from early May to mid-October. The hot tub is available year-round for an additional fee (heating included as an option). 🌿 The little extras • Free on-site parking + bike storage 🚲 • Linens, bed sheets, shampoo, and shower gel provided 🧺 • Eco-responsible approach: waste sorting and reduction of water and energy consumption ♻️ Guest access Guests have access to the entire space, except for the utility rooms 🔑 You can also enjoy our relaxation area along the Seine to unwind or take a leisurely stroll. ⚠️ For safety reasons, supervising children around the river, the swimming pool, and the hot tub remains the responsibility of the parents.
