Beach just 200 meters away The space The apartment was renovated and refurbished in 2019. The electrical systems, floors and bathroom have been completely redone. In the bathroom there is a large shower of 115x75cm. The rooms are attics as well as the living room and kitchen. Guest access In addition to the apartment, balconies and private terrace, condominium facilities are available, including 4 swimming pools with lifeguard, deck chairs, tables with chairs and coffee and ice cream machines, showers (one of which is heated), changing room and bathroom, playground and fenced parking lots. The tennis court and bocce court require a small fee to be paid to the lifeguard. The pools are open from June 1 to August 31. If the weather permits, they will also be open the first week of September.
