Welcome to our peaceful 1-bedroom retreat located in the serene Seafront Residences by Aboitiz Land in Batangas. Located in 2nd floor of a low-rise condominium building. Our cozy and fully furnished unit is the perfect escape for couples, small families, or friends looking to unwind in a tranquil environment. Enjoy a relaxing stay just 650 meters away from the clubhouse (10-15 min walk) and beach access, perfect for quick dips, sunset strolls, and memorable getaways. The space The space * Condominium: A cozy 45 sqm unit with high-speed internet Wifi connection, offering a peaceful retreat by the beach with modern amenities, and is 600m to the clubhouse. * Bedroom: 1 bedroom with a split-type aircon, a queen-sized bed, clothes rack, and a work desk. * En suite bathroom: Equipped with a water heater, bath towels, and tissue paper. * Kitchenette: Fully equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, plates, and utensils. * Living area: * 50-inch Smart TV with Kabayan Cable * Smart TV has available online streaming services (log-in required) * Sofabed * Dining Area: Seats 4 comfortably. * Balcony: Relax and enjoy the view with a chill spot on the balcony. * Board Games: Perfect for family fun or a cozy night in. Guest access * Full access to the condo unit and 1 FREE parking slot * Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people: 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the pull-out couch * Access to Clubhouse and Seafront Residences beachfront which is a 10-min walk from the Airbnb. Other things to note Wake up and walk to the waves! We’re not directly beachfront, but we're just 10 minutes walk, away from beach access inside the Seafront community. Seafront Residences Clubhouse Amenities: * Tower and Viewing Deck * Ultramarine Restaurant and Bar (opens Thurs-Sun only) *Fee: 250 pesos per head for amenities good for 24hrs that includes: -Infinity swimming pool with 3 jacuzzis -Kiddie Pool -Kids Playground -Bicycle, Kayak, Paddleboards, Pergola * Function Halls - upon inquiry Just to add: The area still has a few properties that are under development or undergoing renovation. Work typically takes place from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. While the noise is usually manageable, please don’t hesitate to let us know if it becomes disruptive—we’re happy to help however we can. We also provide complimentary earplugs to help minimize any disturbances during your stay. Please make sure to put the right number of guests upon booking, we will validate this with our caretaker and will make adjustments/request for payout if it wasn’t declared rightfully. Thank you.
