The town center with its numerous shops and the picturesque buildings at the town hall and church are within walking distance in a few minutes. The JESTEPARK children's playground, outdoor swimming pool and riding club are very close. The space The ground floor consists of a living-dining room, hallway with built-in wardrobe, modern, functional kitchen, a bright tiled guest toilet and a small utility room. Underfloor heating (natural gas central heating), except in the kitchen area, ensures comfortable temperatures. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the garden and the covered corner wooden terrace. A place to feel good and relax. The ground floor is tiled. A comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor. There are 1 bedroom (140 x 200 cm bed + pull-out bed 2 x 80 x 200 cm), 1 children's room (90 x 200 cm bed), 1 guest room (140 x 200 cm bed + 80 x 200 cm bed) and a bathroom. The upper area is laid out with parquet. Other things to note There is no parking space available on our property. For loading and unloading, you can park in front of the driveway. Then please drive around the corner to the public area and park your vehicle there.
