Other things to note Welcome to "Beim Xander" Our modern, barrier-reduced apartment with underfloor heating, separate entrance and parking space, which was completely renovated from 2023 to the end of 2024, is located in the ground-floor apartment of our old building. It has a separate bedroom (with 55-inch TV) with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room offers two additional sleeping options, including another 55-inch TV. With the fully equipped kitchenette including stove and oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, you can meet all your catering needs. In the evenings in summer, you can end the day with a glass of wine on the associated terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available for your stay.
