Lower your shoulders and enjoy quiet days in this peaceful farmhouse, beautifully located between fjords and mountains in scenic surroundings. Here you can really relax – either inside in comfortable rooms or outside in fresh mountain air. The space You have a spacious indoor bathroom with a whirlpool and shower, a cozy living room with an open kitchen solution, as well as 2–3 bedrooms with plenty of space for the whole family or group of friends. For those of you who want to stay active, there is also indoor exercise equipment (treadmill and elliptical machine). The house has a new heat pump/air conditioning installed for a comfortable temperature all year round. Outdoors you can enjoy meals at the dining table or relax in the lounge set (some furniture is put away in the winter season). There is also a fire pit with wood for free use – perfect for cozy evenings under the open sky. May 15 to August 15 Towels and bed linen are included in the period 1 September – 1 May. Guest access You have a private part of the house with a private entrance. Owner lives in the other part of the house, separated by a locked door. All available rooms as well as the outdoor area are at your disposal. The pool area is only available for guests who have booked this as an add-on. Other things to note It is about 2 km to the city center, where you will find two grocery stores: Spar and Coop Extra (both are closed on Sundays). Food and drinks: • Restaurant at Blix Hotel • Thai food can be purchased at Godbit Dow down by the quay • Gamalosten is a café where you can taste the unique old cheese that is only produced in Vik – other local food treasures are also sold here • At the gas station you will find burgers, sausages, pizza and simple dishes Experiences and nearby area: • Down by the lake there is a beach and sauna for those who like to swim • Several nice hiking areas are in the immediate vicinity • The Stave Church, Stone Church and mountain areas are worth visiting ⛰️🌿
