Our apartment 7 "Frieda", named after our daughter, is the largest of the 15 apartments in the former barn wing of the Gulfhof in the idyllic wharf village of Rysum. This spacious apartment offers 92 square meters, with two bedrooms, space for up to 7 people who want to enjoy a wonderful relaxing time in East Frisia. The successful symbiosis of old and new, high-quality materials and selected furnishings complete the exclusive character of the apartment. The apartment is on 2 levels. On the open-plan ground floor, cooking enthusiasts will enjoy a fully equipped large and modern U-shaped kitchen, a large dining area with a rustic dining table and a cozy living area with a 50-inch smart TV that has all the desired streaming services, as well as a JBL jukebox. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious storage room on this floor. In the storage room, beginners and advanced users will find a yoga mat and yoga blocks, as well as a facial roller. Start the day with a sun salutation on our terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms on the garden side with a field view. One of them with a double bed (180 x 200), a large wardrobe and a desk, which invites you to work on the go, another designed as a children's room, with a large bunk bed (lower floor 140 x 190/upper floor 120 x 190) and a cozy folding sofa with a folding backrest (140 x 190), which can be transformed into a double bed in a few simple steps. In this room there is also a wardrobe and all sorts of things that make children's eyes shine. Furthermore, on this floor – with a window to the barn atrium – there is a large bathroom with a spacious, walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. In the barn atrium you can play a round of table tennis or foosball. The terrace with field view, equipped with garden furniture for 6 people and a parasol, faces southeast. Enjoy a nice barbecue evening on our cozy terrace and end the day with delicious grilled food. The windows on the upper floor have insect and darkening options. The patio doors have privacy screens. In addition, the apartment has children's equipment including children's dishes, baby travel cot, mobile fall protection for beds (can be extended to 106 cm), children's high chair, 2-step stool, stair safety and night light. A small selection of children's books and toys is also available. In addition, all accessible sockets in the apartment are equipped with integrated child protection.
