Guest access All of it Other things to note * Pineapple stays securely on a private mooring and does not move. * Our service manager is on call if needed, but because Pineapple is off-grid, guests should be comfortable being somewhat self-sufficient. Please read the house manual upon arrival and familiarize yourself with the systems, including the generator. * Travel tip: Plan to arrive and depart during daylight. Pineapple is a 10-minute water taxi ride from the main island, and water taxis typically operate only during daylight. Please book your airport transfer or water taxi in advance. We recommend Jamal (contact provided after booking). * A 13-ft Boston Whaler is available as an optional upgrade for experienced boaters familiar with shallow-water navigation. A security deposit is required. Ask for details. * Please replace any fuel you use (generator, gas jugs, or Boston Whaler). If you’re unable to refill before departure, we’ll charge a $50 service fee plus the cost of the fuel. * Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $100 fee, subject to availability. * An extra set of laundry is available upon request for $75. Fresh water and electricity are generator-produced, making utilities costly. * Stays over two weeks may require an additional deep-cleaning fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis. * Starlink high-speed unlimited internet is available for a flat fee of $65 per stay.
