The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Shopping facilities are just 300 meters away and easily accessible on foot. For extended walks, the Teutoburg Forest offers numerous hiking routes about 1 km away. Surrounded by the spa communities of Bad Rothenfelde, Bad Laer and Bad Iburg, there are a variety of recreational opportunities.
