The space Guests will have complete and private access to the downstairs "Speakeasy Suite". Step into a charming world of classic 1920's elegance. You'll be amazed by this tastefully decorated space full of natural wood ceilings, artfully rustic brick walls, and classic furnishings. The private area is located down a magical wood and iron portal into a luxurious, private space complete with wrap around office desk for work, leather loveseat for reading, small dining area for intimate dining, and entertainment center for a bit of evening relaxation. Guest will enjoy their own living room space, bedroom, and full bathroom. There is a charming dining are, office, and theater area all located in the guest's private living room. The bathroom has full bath and walk-in closet, and the bedroom has a luxurious queen bed that can be fully adjusted to raise the head or feet for your comfort. Drawer wills be available for guest use, and closet is full of hangars to make longer stays more comfortable and enjoyable. Come gift yourself a relaxing stay in this truly unique and luxurious space! During your stay The owner lives upstairs with one other tenant. There is also a sweet dog named Honey. Guests are welcome to socialize in the shared rooms (kitchen and living room) or retire to their private space should they require more privacy. Host is also an AMGA rock guide, and would be excited to take guests for a guided hike or rock climb in the legendary Boulder area. Other things to note There is a lovely and sweet dog named Honey that may be encountered in the shared areas, but she will not be in the private guest space downstairs (unless she is invited!).
